The beach is only 10/15 minutes walk away and a large supermarket and fresh fruit and vegetable markets just 5 minutes on foot. There is air con and a TV in the apartment too. Great location, convenient and pretty with parking opposite. Cool basement apartment - sleeps 2 people A brand new large studio apartment sleeping 2 people with separate sleeping and living area and separate kitchen dining area. Pricing schedule: The prices shown on the web site are for the whole apartment or house for the maximum number of stated people for a booking of 6 nights or longer, PER NIGHT. All bookings require a deposit of 20% to confirm reservation and full payment 4 weeks in advance. Payments are accepted by the following methods: Credit Card Pay Pal UK Cheque You will be met at a pre-arranged meeting place that is convenient for you to park if coming by car. Or we will drive you to your apartment if we are collecting you from an airport. If you require any shopping to be placed in the apartment, then please e mail us with your requirements and we will advise you if we can provide what you require. If you need babysitters then please e mail us with the dates you require in advance and we will endeavour to book one for you. ( It will be one of the babysitters that we use regularly for our children) In Rovinj it is not necessary to have a car as everywhere is accessible on foot or by bicycle which can be easily hired, please e mail us for details.
