Located in a Quiet Residential Area, 5 mins Walk to Bar, Shop, Sea and 10 mins to Rovinj.

The accommodation can cater for up to 4 adults with one double bedroom and 2 separate sofa-beds (large) in the lounge area. It has an open plan fully equipped kitchen/breakfast area, sitting area and small balcony. Air conditioning is installed along with heating. The brand new apartment is situated in a quiet residential area known as Concetta. It is 5 mins walk to the local bar and restaurant, shop and sea and only a 10 mins walk from historic Old Town of Rovinj.

Bedrooms: A large double bedroom beautifully furnished with ample storage.
Bathrooms : Bathroom with shower, wc, bidet and washing machine.
Kitchen: Brand new fully equipped kitchen including, oven, hob, fridge/freezer with adjacent breakfast bar and access onto a small balcony.
Living Rooms: A good sized open plan area with 2 large sofabeds.
Towels and bed linen are included, but please provide your own beach towels. The apartment is cleaned once a week (usually on changeover day but for stays of longer than a week, a cleaner can be arranged and will collect washing/change beds and so on).

The accommodation has a dual air conditioning/heating unit. Additionally oil filled radiators are available if required. The apartment is safe for children with an enclosed balcony and a child's cot can be provided.
The apartment has ground floor access with no steps into the apartment and has it's own parking space.
The apartment has a small balcony with barbecue and has elevated views of the adjacent 'green' valley.

Coast/Beach
A local beach is only a 10 minute walk away. Within 15 mins drive, there are many lovely beaches to choose from, whether you would like company or be alone, there are plenty to choose from and the water is crystal clear and very inviting. Further afield Duga Uvala's beach makes a fantastic day out, as do the spectacular Labin and Rabac, East Coast.

Pricing schedule:
The prices shown on the web site are for the whole apartment or house for the maximum number of stated people for a booking of 6 nights or longer, PER NIGHT. If you wish to book for a shorter period of time, then please see below:

For 1 night only please add 50% of the stated price
For 2 to 3 nights only please add 30% of the stated price
For 4 to 6 nights only please add 10% of the stated price

High Season €85 : all dates in July and August, Xmas and New Year

Mid Season €55: all dates in April, May, June, September and October

Low Season €40: January*, February, March, November and December* (except 20/12 to 5/1)

All bookings require a deposit of 20% to confirm reservation and full payment 4 weeks in advance. Payments are accepted by the following methods:

You will be met at a pre-arranged meeting place that is convenient for you to park if coming by car. Or we will drive you to your apartment if we are collecting you from an airport.
