Situated in the exclusive area of Borik, Rovinj, we have two lovely 1st floor holiday apartments just 200m from the beach. The apartments are newly decorated and nicely furnished. They are light and airy and have access to a lovely garden. They have terraces; with views over the garden and the woods just before the beach. The area itself is a quiet part of Rovinj and has some great restaurants and café bars just minutes walk from the apartments. There is a small supermarket that is 2 minutes walk away and you can buy fresh and home grown fruit and vegetables just 5 minutes walk away. To get to the Old Town of Rovinj there is a bus service, or a 30 minute leisurely walk along the sea front or you could always hire a bicycle!

The apartments have air conditioning and satellite TV and lovely views over the garden from the terrace. Inside the small apartment there is 1 bedroom with a double bed and also a pullout sofa bed for 2 people in the living area too. In the large apartment there are two bedrooms and you can sleep a 5th person in the sitting are on a sofa bed.
Parking is outside the apartment.

The prices shown on the web site are for the whole apartment or house for the maximum number of stated people for a booking of 6 nights or longer, PER NIGHT. If you wish to book for a shorter period of time, then please see below:

For 1 night only please add 100% of the stated price
For 2 to 3 nights only please add 30% of the stated price
For 4 to 6 nights only please add 15% of the stated price

All bookings require a deposit of 20% to confirm reservation and full payment 4 weeks in advance. Payments are accepted by the following methods:

You will be met at a pre-arranged meeting place that is convenient for you to park if coming by car. Or we will drive you to your apartment if we are collecting you from an airport.

If you require any shopping to be placed in the apartment, then please e mail us with your requirements and we will advise you if we can provide what you require.

In Rovinj it is not necessary to have a car as everywhere is accessible on foot or by bicycle.

Parking is very difficult in the High Season. Comfortable air-conditioned transport from Pula airport can be arranged, please enquire for a price.
