“coming soon” a brand new renovated 2 bedroom apartment in a quiet part of the Old Town. New this season this large 2 bedroom apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 double and 1 with bunk beds. There is a spacious living room with TV, DVD and a sofa bed that sleeps another 2 people. The kitchen is also brand new and fully fitted with a dishwasher and a dining table that comfortably seats 6. In the bathoom there is a cabin style shower with wc, sink and washing machine. The apartment has good views over the Old Town and the famous Sv Euphemia church of Rovinj, and sea view form the sitting room. (Pictures coming soon available from June 2007)

Pricing schedule:
The prices shown on the web site are for the whole apartment or house for the maximum number of stated people for a booking of 6 nights or longer, PER NIGHT. If you wish to book for a shorter period of time, then please see below:

For 1 night only please add 50% of the stated price
For 2 to 3 nights only please add 30% of the stated price
For 4 to 6 nights only please add 10% of the stated price

High Season €90 : all dates in July and August, Xmas and New Year

Mid Season €75: all dates in April, May, June, September and October

Low Season €60: January*, February, March, November and December* (except 20/12 to 5/1)

All bookings require a deposit of 20% to confirm reservation and full payment 4 weeks in advance. Payments are accepted by the following methods: Credit Card

You will be met at a pre-arranged meeting place that is convenient for you to park if coming by car. Or we will drive you to your apartment if we are collecting you from an airport.

If you require any shopping to be placed in the apartment, then please e mail us with your requirements and we will advise you if we can provide what you require.

If you need babysitters then please e mail us with the dates you require in advance and we will endeavour to book one for you. ( It will be one of the babysitters that we use regularly for our children)

In Rovinj it is not necessary to have a car as everywhere is accessible on foot or by bicycle which can be easily hired, please e mail us for details.

Parking is very difficult in the High Season. Comfortable air-conditioned transport from most airports can be arranged, please enquire for a price. To book this house click here.
